Sichuan stir-fried pork with black beans

1. Clean the pork belly, put it in the pot and cook for a few minutes, then take it out and let it cool.

2.1 Heat the pan, add the meat and stir-fry until oil comes out, then add the ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

3.2 Slice the pork belly, add fermented black beans, ginger and garlic slices.

4. Add cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add fermented black beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Note: I can’t add other dishes to this dish because the fermented black beans are already salty enough.
