How to bake cod

2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish evenly, then add sliced ​​ginger and red pepper, add chopped fresh garlic, sprinkle with a little chopped dill, and finally pour in the prepared sauce (2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 10 grams of sugar, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of olive oil), marinate for 15 minutes to half an hour;

3. Put the marinated cod pieces into tin foil, add the remaining sauce, wrap them up and put them into the oven, set it to 200℃, bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, then take out and serve.

2. Mix Korean barbecue sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, onion and cooking wine to make a sauce.

3. Wash and drain the cod.

5. Without adding any seasoning to the wok, pour in black sesame seeds and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Put the marinated cod into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.

7. Place the dish on a plate and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
