How to make homemade red bean paste

1. Prepare the necessary materials.

2. Soak the broad beans in boiling water.

3. Peel the soaked broad beans

4. Steam the bean curd until cooked (about 20 minutes).

5. Chop after cooling down slightly.

6. Pour the white wine into the pot and cover the bean curd. Soak for two days. If there is sunshine, cover it with gauze to dry it in the sun (don’t overdry it. The first time I made it, I dried the wine in the sun).

7. Two days later, remove the stems of the prepared dried chilies and wash them. Boil water in a pot, put the chilies into the pot and cook for a few minutes, then remove them.

8. Crush the cooked chili in a blender.

9. Mix the crushed chili pepper, bean paste (and the white wine in it) and salt together.

10. Put the mixed sauce into a container and pour in rapeseed oil until it covers the bean curd. It will taste better after leaving it for half a month.

11. This is what I made last time, and there is only a little left.
