How to make delicious oat noodle fish

First, how to make delicious oat noodle fish ? Add hot water to the oat noodles , stir evenly and knead into a smooth dough. Take out a small piece of dough and rub it into a long strip with pointed ends and wide middle in the palm of your hand, then flatten it. Looks like little fishes. Second, add appropriate amount of boiling water to the oatmeal flour , stir evenly with chopsticks, knead it into dough after it is not hot to the touch, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water, wash and slice them. Wash and peel potatoes and carrots, and cut into thick strips. Wash and chop the celery into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat, add chopped green onion and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add carrot strips, potato strips and mushroom slices and stir-fry briefly. Add tomatoes and season with soy sauce and chicken essence. After stir-frying evenly, add water (the water should be enough to cover the vegetables by 1 cm), bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat (keep the water in the pot rolling), then you can rub the oatmeal fish. Take a bean-sized lump of oatmeal.

How to make delicious oat noodle fish ? Pinch the oat noodle fish in the palm of your left hand and it will become an olive shape with thin ends and a thick middle, and put it into the pot. Repeat this process until all the dough is kneaded, stirring the pot from time to time with a spatula to ensure that the oat noodles and fish are evenly distributed in the pot. After all the oat noodles and fish are rubbed, put the celery into the pot, cook for a while, add salt to taste, then turn off the heat and serve.
