5. Cut a lemon into three slices and serve them on a plate for decoration. Use a grater to remove some of the yellow part on the surface, avoiding the white part as it will taste bitter. Use the pan and oil you used to fry mushrooms to fry diced tomatoes, then add diced bell peppers and lemon zest and stir-fry for a while. Add salt, black pepper, and the juice of the shredded lemon to season.
