How to make fried wontons

Some people may think that cooking at home is too complicated. In fact, it is not impossible to have a delicious and nutritious dinner at home as long as you master some simple recipes. Fried wontons are easy to make. Even if you don’t have a talent for cooking, you can still make delicious dishes for your family.

1. Wash the pork, drain the water and chop it into minced meat.

2. Prepare wonton wrappers

3. Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, green onion and sesame oil to the chopped meat and mix well.

4. Take a wonton wrapper and put the meat filling in the middle.

5. Place the chopsticks in the middle and start rolling from the diagonal corner (as shown in the picture)

6. Roll it up like this (as shown)

7. Press one end of the chopstick with your thumb, pinch the tail with your middle and ring fingers, and gently push it towards the middle.

8. The finished product picture is hollow in the middle!

9. Prepare the seasoning sauce. Take a bowl and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, vinegar, chili sauce, chopped green onion, and mix well.

10. Put oil in the pot and heat it until it is 80% hot!

11. Put the wontons in and fry for 30 seconds, then turn to low heat and fry slowly.

12. Fry until golden brown

13. Remove and drain the oil

14. Serve on a plate. Put the seasoning dish in the middle of the plate and place the fried wontons along the edge. It tastes delicious!

It can be said that diet has a great impact on health and should not be taken carelessly. The method of making fried wontons is very simple and suitable for most people's tastes.
