How to make Amarena tea jelly

1. Use 50g boiling water to make jasmine tea, set aside

2. Boil stevia leaves with 200g water to bring out the sweetness

3. Filter out the stevia leaves

4. Boil the stevia leaf water and agar powder over low heat until dissolved

5. Filter the tea leaves out of the tea, add the stevia leaf agar liquid and mix well, put it in the refrigerator or freezer until it is not hot to the touch

6. Cut the strawberries in half and take out the Amarena cherries for later use

7. Use a small spoon to pour the agar tea liquid into two cups with a capacity of about 200ml, and refrigerate until it is almost solidified.

8. Put Amarena wild cherries and strawberries in the cup

9. Heat the solidified agar tea liquid slightly until it flows, and use a small spoon to pour enough agar tea liquid to cover the strawberries and wild cherries.

10. Refrigerate or freeze until solidified, then add mint leaves, strawberries, and Amarena cherries in a staggered manner; repeat this 1 or 2 times; when completely solidified, put an Amarena cherry and a few mint leaves on the top of the cup.
