15. Roll the dough into a thicker middle and thinner edges.

16. Take a pie crust and put appropriate amount of filling.

17. Hold the bottom with your left hand and use the thumb and index finger of your right hand to pinch out a circle of folds.

18. Until the seam is closed.

19. Wrap all the buns.

20. Add appropriate amount of water to the steamer, put the buns into the pot but do not turn on the fire. Cover the pot and continue to rise for 20 minutes.

21. Steam over high heat for fifteen minutes, then turn off the heat and steam for another three minutes. The plump white buns are ready.
