A vacuum flask is actually a thermos cup with better heat preservation effect, so the initial temperature is very important! The cup must be preheated! The cup must be preheated! The cup must be preheated!

My stewing cup is mainly used for breakfast. Take multi-grain porridge as an example. At eight o'clock in the evening, take half a cup of multi-grain and soak it in water; at ten o'clock, boil hot water in the kettle, wash the multi-grain and add appropriate amount of water to boil (the stewing cup has no heating function, so the ingredients must be boiled! If it is meat, it must be cooked through). At this time, the kettle is ready. Pour some boiling water into the stewing cup, cover it tightly and preheat it for three to five minutes. After this step, the multi-grain porridge is also boiled. If you are happy, wait for three to five minutes. If you are not happy, just pour out the water in the stewing cup, add the multi-grain, cover the lid tightly, OK, you can eat it when you wake up tomorrow. The whole process takes less than ten minutes!

This is the finished product I made around 10 o'clock the next day. The temperature is just right, slightly hot, and the rice flowers are fully opened (don't ask me why I have breakfast at 10 o'clock!)

If you are making soup, remember to make sure the meat is cooked thoroughly. Although I think the temperature of the vacuum hood is hot enough, it is always better to be on the safe side. If you make soup alone, it feels like a waste of energy if you make too little, and you may not be able to finish it if you make too much. With this cup, you can drink the soup well!
