1. How to make preserved egg and tofu

The preparation of preserved egg and tofu is as follows: first prepare two preserved eggs, 150 grams of tofu, then prepare garlic, chopped pepper, sesame oil, light soy sauce, salt, coriander, and white sugar. First cut the tofu into pieces of appropriate size, and then place them on a plate. If some tofu is already broken up, you can place it in the middle of the plate, and then put some preserved eggs in the middle. Put sugar, vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce, chopped pepper and sesame oil in a bowl and start mixing with warm water. Finally, pour the prepared sauce on the prepared tofu and preserved eggs and sprinkle some coriander on it.

2. How to make the sauce for preserved egg and tofu

Preserved egg tofu can be prepared like this: remove the shell of the preserved egg, cut it into small cubes about 1.5 cm in size and set aside. Use a needle or toothpick to cut the southern tofu into pieces about 1.5 cm thick, turn them into a plate and set aside. Add about 80 ml of warm water in a bowl, put the chicken essence, sugar and salt into the warm water and dissolve them evenly to make the sauce. Place the preserved egg on the plate with tofu, and pour the prepared sauce over the preserved egg and tofu. Finally, add some sesame oil or red oil and you can start eating. It tastes very good.
