7. Then fold the left side of the rice leaf downwards with your right hand and press it with your left thumb.

8. Hold the folded rice leaf with your right hand and pinch the remaining part of the leaf.

9. Rotate it clockwise close to the body of the rice dumpling to form a sharp angle and then cover the folded rice dumpling leaves with the rice dumpling body.

10. Use cotton thread to tie up the rice dumplings.

11. Put the wrapped dumplings firmly into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker one by one.

12. Pour enough water to cover the rice dumplings.

13. If the pot is not full of rice dumplings, cover it with a plate.

14. Press the bean/tendon button until the prompt sound is heard. After the rice dumplings have cooled naturally, they are ready to eat.
