How to make orange beef dumplings

4. Remove the fascia from the beef and cut into pieces.

5. When the seasoning has cooled down, add the beef and marinate overnight.

6. Before wrapping, pick out the spices, pour the sauce into the soaked glutinous rice, and keep the beef and orange shreds.

7. Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours in advance, drain the water, add the marinated beef sauce, and then add light soy sauce and a little salt.

8. Cut off the tails of two pieces of rice leaves. Fold the rice dumplings leaves frequently.

9. Fill with glutinous rice and beef.

10. Fold the top leaves to cover the rice grains.

11. Fold the long bamboo leaves and wrap it.

12. Tie up the wires and you’re done.

13. Put water in the pot and put the rice dumplings in, making sure the water covers the rice dumplings. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for 3 hours, then simmer overnight.
