How to make scallion pancakes

Going out early and returning late every day has become the daily pattern of many office workers. They are overworked and have no time to take care of other things. After returning home and washing up, they just want to fall asleep. However, eating out in restaurants every day makes them miss the delicious home-cooked meals. In fact, it does not take a lot of time and energy to make this scallion soft pancake.

1. Prepare the ingredients and wash the shallots.

2. Put the flour into a large bowl, beat the eggs into the bowl, add the chopped green onions, and add salt.

3. Add appropriate amount of water and stir into a paste. It should not be too dry, but should be flowable. Pour a large spoonful into a frying pan, scrape it into a thin pancake shape with a spatula, and fry over medium-low heat until one side is solidified and cooked through.

4. Turn over and fry the other side until cooked through, about 30 seconds.

5. Place on a plate and enjoy. If you like strong flavors, you can add some chili sauce of your choice.

You can eat more scallion pancakes in summer, but some people don’t like too cold food. You can heat it up before eating. It has a very high nutritional value and can supplement various nutrients needed by the human body.
