8. Preheat the oven to 200°, cover the salmon with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.

9. Open the tin foil and bake for another 5 minutes to make the breadcrumbs more crispy.

10. Salad: purple cabbage + cabbage, marinated with orange juice, white vinegar and MSG, seasoned with cumin, pepper and salt.
