Ingredients

1 egg 100ml milk

Caramel sauce (prepare in advance)

Take a small pot, put in 20g of white sugar and 10ml of water, cook over medium heat, and stir the sugar juice constantly. When the syrup turns dark red and caramel aroma comes out, turn off the heat, add 15ml of hot water (note: liquid will splash out. Add slowly), stir the syrup evenly, then pour it evenly into the pudding cup and refrigerate.

Add sugar to the milk and heat in the microwave to 60-70 degrees (500w for about 1 minute). Take out and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Crack the eggs and try not to produce any bubbles. Slowly pour the milk from the previous step into the egg mixture and mix well.

Slowly pour the beaten pudding liquid into the pudding cup and use kitchen paper to remove the bubbles on the surface of the pudding liquid.

Wrap the pudding bowl with plastic wrap, pour some water into the bottom tray and put it in the microwave, heat at 200w for 6 minutes (if the surface has not hardened, continue to heat appropriately, 200w is the defrosting mode)

ps: Don't use high heat. Although high heat is fast, the pudding will have honeycombs and affect the taste.

Take out the pudding, remove the plastic wrap, and leave it for a while before eating. If you like it cold, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour before eating.

Method 2

Ingredients: 100 grams of milk, one egg, and appropriate amount of sugar.

1. Add an appropriate amount of sugar to the milk and put it in the microwave for dozens of seconds to melt the sugar.

2. Beat an egg and mix well;

3. Mix the eggs and milk with sugar;

4. You can use a filter to filter the egg and milk slurry, or you can choose not to filter it, but the result will not be as smooth. 5. Put the egg and milk slurry into a container and put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes. You can brush a layer of butter on the container to make it easier to demold, but you don’t need to brush it.

6. After it comes out of the oven, you can start eating! You can add your favorite flavors, such as strawberry syrup, caramel, etc. It can also be frozen for a unique flavor!

Note: It is best to pour some boiling water into the tray. Place in the microwave and heat at 200W for 3 minutes. Then, depending on the degree of solidification of the pudding, heat it minute by minute until it takes shape. This prevents beginners like us from over-heating at one time and causing too much honeycomb.
