Below is a detailed introduction to the complete microwave breakfast and how to make it.

Sausage and Cheese Baked Eggs

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 small breakfast sausages, some tomato sauce, some mozzarella cheese (the kind used for pizza)

Method 1. Cut the breakfast sausage into thick slices and place them on the bottom of a bowl (a medium-sized bowl should be used, with a bottom of about 10 cm);

2. Beat the eggs and place them on the sausage;

3. Squeeze in tomato sauce, a little more is okay;

4. Cover with mozzarella cheese (or 2-3 slices of breakfast cheese);

5. Put it in the microwave, first on medium heat for 3 minutes, then turn to the lowest heat for 3 to 4 minutes. After it is OK, use a soft silicone spatula or spoon to scoop along the edge and place it on a plate.

Tips 1. Sausage: I chose Hormei’s breakfast crispy sausage, which has a lighter taste. If you choose a very salty sausage, pay attention to the amount and reduce the amount of tomato sauce.

2. The amount of tomato sauce: The eggs are not salted and the taste of mozzarella is very light, so more tomato sauce is used. Please balance the taste yourself. Can I use pure tomato sauce? It is too sour and it is not recommended to use only pure tomato sauce. But you can use pizza sauce.

3. Cheese: Mozzarella cheese is a soft cheese that can be drawn into strings and is commonly used on pizza. It has a very light taste. You can use breakfast cheese slices instead, any flavor is fine. I personally prefer yellow cheese slices, especially cheddar flavor, but cheddar is slightly saltier than ordinary cheese.

4. Microwave firepower: Medium fire refers to the middle fire. Microwave it first to make it faster. Then turn to the lowest heat because I'm afraid the eggs will explode. Theoretically, you can use high heat, but there is a risk of explosion. If you use high heat, simply beat the eggs and keep an eye on them at all times.

5. What is sprinkled in the photo: Those are corn flakes. Because it is paired with corn flakes and milk, I sprinkled some on it to make it look good in the photo, haha.

6. Fried chicken is delicious! It’s simply pure meat and egg pizza! Perfect for brunch on a weekend morning.

7. It is recommended to have a piece of golden and crispy toast or baguette, or other staple food when eating. It goes well with latte, pure milk, or breakfast tea!

condensed milk

Materials: 1 microwave oven, 1 microwaveable cup, 1 plate, 1 glass bottle, 100 grams of milk, 30 grams of sugar

Method 1. Prepare the milk and pour the sugar in without stirring

2. Microwave at 500W for 5 minutes. Take out the milk from the plate and pour it back into the cup and stir evenly.

3. Do the same as above again

4. Microwave at 500W for 2 minutes, then take out and stir evenly.

5. Repeat the same steps as step 4. The milk is very hot at this time. Any stirring stick will jump up. Be careful not to get burned.

6. The milk is a little thick now. Just put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator to make the delicious condensed milk.

Microwave Pudding

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 40g sugar, 1 1/4 cups milk, a little vanilla extract, 30g granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons water

Method [Making caramel sauce]

1. Put fine sugar in a pot and heat it over medium heat. When the fine sugar starts to change color, shake the pot slowly.

2. Bubbles will start to appear in the pot. When the bubbles turn brown, turn off the heat immediately and add appropriate amount of water.

3. After adding water, turn on medium heat again, stir slowly and carefully with a spoon, and turn off the heat when the sauce becomes thick.

4. Pour the sauce into a container while it is still hot and lay it flat for later use.

【Making pudding liquid】

1. Pour milk into a pot and stir while heating. When bubbles start to appear in the pot, turn off the heat immediately.

2. Take another bowl, put the eggs and egg yolks in and beat them together, add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix them thoroughly.

3. When no more sugar is visible in the bowl (all the sugar has been stirred in), pour in the freshly boiled milk little by little while stirring evenly.

4. Sieve the pudding liquid.

5. Slowly pour the pudding liquid into the container containing caramel sauce. (Pour in small amounts slowly and continuously)

6. Place the containers containing the pudding liquid side by side in another large heat-resistant container (it should be higher than the container containing the pudding liquid. If it cannot fit, microwave two containers first).

7. Pour hot water into a large container to about 2/3 of the height and cover it with plastic wrap. Heat at 200W for 6-7 minutes and you can enjoy the hot pudding.
