How to make vegetable crystal jelly

12. Pour the hot pork skin soup over the broccoli, cover the container with a lid, and place it in a cool place to freeze naturally.

13. Freeze for a few hours to make the aspic very elastic. Cut the aspic into large pieces and eat with sauce.

14. Mash the garlic cloves into a paste using a garlic mortar, and add in very fresh soy sauce and a little salt.

15. Add sesame oil and mix well.

16. Cut the jelly into thick slices with a knife and pour the garlic sauce on it.
