Rice Cooker Coconut Bread

1.1 Dough: Add an egg to the flour, add the yeast to the warm milk to melt, put sugar in the flour, add milk, stir into snowflake shape and then knead the dough. Add more butter and continue kneading. Knead until smooth and reach the expansion stage and then ferment. I put it in an air-conditioned room for 2 hours.

2.2 Coconut filling: Beat one egg, pour in coconut, add sugar and milk and mix well. It turns out that it tastes better if you add whipped cream.

3. After the dough has risen, gently knead out the air in the dough, divide it into small pieces, and let it relax for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into an oval shape, put the coconut filling on it, roll it up, and then continue to ferment until it is twice as large.

4. Preheat the rice cooker and rub butter on it, put in the bread dough, press the cooking button, and simmer for 10 minutes after it pops up. Turn it over and press the cooking button again, and simmer for another 10 minutes after it pops up.

5. It tastes especially good when it’s fresh out of the oven, with a crispy skin that softens as it cools. The amount of ingredients is up to you, if you like it sweet, add a little more
