150g fresh sand shrimp, a handful of vermicelli, 20ml rice sauce, some green onions, 1 small red pepper, some oil

1. Clean the sand shrimp and cut off the shrimp whiskers and shrimp legs

2. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft

3. Cut the green onion into chopped green onion and cut the red pepper into oblique slices
