Boil water in a pot over high heat, add two spoons of peanut oil, and blanch the leek flowers until just cooked. 11. Remove from the water and place on a plate for later use. 12. Heat the pan over high heat until it is 100% hot, pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil, when the oil is hot, add the smashed garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. 13. Pour in the shredded beef that has been coated with starch and stir-fry until the beef just changes color. 14. Pour in the chive segments from step 11. 15. After stir-frying for a while, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly. 16. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
