1. Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough (no need to make gluten)

4. Roll into a ball and continue to ferment for 15 minutes

5. Preheat the mold until it is relatively hot, take 2 balls, put them in the middle of the mold, and press gently to position them. Close the mold

6. Bake on medium-low heat (I use a 600w ceramic stove) for about 2 to 2 and a half minutes on each side. 4-5 minutes total. Open it and see if it is brown. You can take it out and put it on the cooling net to cool. Don't stack them on a plate, as the moisture won't dissipate easily.
