1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and stir well. Stir the eggs and pour into the bread machine.

2. Mix the milk powder, custard powder, high flour and sugar, pour into the bread machine, and finally sprinkle with salt! Start kneading for 10 minutes, pour in softened butter, and continue kneading until the dough can be pulled into a thin film

3. Let the dough ferment in a warm place until it is 2-3 times larger, knead it again, and divide it into 6 portions; cover it with a clean semi-dry towel and relax it for 15 minutes

4. Roll each portion into strips, spread them out, put a piece of ham in them and roll them up, with the seam facing down. Use a knife to cut two cuts on the surface. I made two red bean paste buns that my husband likes.

5. Place a baking tray, add a cup of boiling water, put it in the oven, close the door for about an hour, and let the bread rise to twice its size. Take it out and brush it with egg wash.

6. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 22 minutes
