Spicy pig tongue

Ingredients: one pig tongue, one pack of fragrant fermented soy sauce (about 400ml). Method: 1. Wash the pig tongue and remove the liquid for later use. 2. Pour clean water into a pot, put in the washed and deglazed pig tongue, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for one hour, turn off the heat and simmer for one hour, take out and cool thoroughly. (Actually it means just cooking until cooked through) 3. Use a bamboo stick to pierce 10-20 holes on each pig tongue, place it in a container with a lid, pour in the marinade, cover it, marinate for two hours, take out, slice it and serve. It tastes better if you put it in the refrigerator for two hours.

Pig Tongue Green Pepper

Introduction: Pig tongue is rich in protein, vitamin A, niacin, iron, selenium and other nutrients, and has the effect of nourishing yin and moistening dryness. Pig tongue contains high cholesterol, so people with high cholesterol should not eat it. Ingredients: 1 cooked pig tongue, several green and red peppers, a little fungus, and appropriate amounts of oil, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and chicken essence. Method: 1. Slice the cooked pig tongue, wash and cut the green and red peppers into pieces, and soak the fungus. 2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry green and red peppers, wood ear and pig tongue for 2 minutes. 3. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence to season.

Stir-fried pork tongue with loofah

Ingredients: loofah, pig tongue root, chuhou sauce, sugar, light soy sauce, garlic, ginger. Method: 1. Use the pig tongue to make the brine, and use the remaining tongue root to stir-fry the loofah. 2. Wash and cut the pig tongue root, and marinate it with salt and wine. 3. Remove the corners of the loofah, wash it and cut it into dice. 4. First, add oil and garlic to a wok and fry the loofah until cooked. Add salt to taste and serve. 5. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant. Then pour in the pig tongue and stir-fry for a while, add a little chopped pork, sugar, soy sauce and water, cover and cook for about five to six minutes. 6. Thicken the sauce and place it on the loofah.
