Auxiliary ingredients: vegetable oil, 10 grams of green onion, 5 grams of salt, 10 grams of ginger, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (first grade), 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine

Step 1: Bring water to a boil and blanch the nameko mushrooms for 1-2 minutes

Step 2: Remove and set aside

Step 3: Cut the green and red peppers into diamond-shaped slices, slice the meat, and chop the onion, ginger and garlic.

Step 4 Heat the pan with oil, add onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add the meat slices and stir-fry until white, then pour in cooking wine

Ingredients: 100g of nameko mushroom, 200g of potato, 50g of fresh pork, 10g of green onion, 5g of ginger, 10g of garlic, 2g of chili (red, pointed, dry), 5g of coriander

Accessories: 1 spoon of first-class fresh soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 0.5 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of refined salt, 0.2 spoon of MSG

Step 1 of the stew with potato and mushrooms

Wash the slippery mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water, then immediately rinse them in cold water and drain them for later use.

Step 2: Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into strips and soak them in clean water for 15 minutes to remove a lot of starch.
