How to make pork and three fresh dumplings

Going out early and returning late every day has become the daily pattern of many office workers. They are overworked and have no time to take care of other things. After returning home to wash up, they just want to fall asleep. However, eating out in restaurants every day makes them miss the delicious home-cooked meals. In fact, it does not take a lot of time and energy to make this pork and three-fresh dumplings.

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and knead it into flocculent. Continue to add water and knead it into dough (a little harder and less likely to break, with a more chewy texture). Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 20 minutes.
