How to make Four Happiness Glutinous Rice Balls

1. Divide the glutinous rice flour into four parts, add cocoa powder, purple sweet potato puree, matcha powder, and sweet potato puree respectively, mix well, then add warm water and knead into a dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for about 20 minutes.

2. Crush the black sesame seeds with a blender.

3. Put it into a pan without water or oil and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.

4. After the butter is melted, add the peanutbutter and mix well.

5. Pour in the fried black sesame seeds.

6. Add white sugar and mix well.

7. Put the prepared black sesame filling in the refrigerator to allow the butter inside to solidify slightly; the refrigeration time is determined according to the solidification state of the butter. You can take it out and try it. If you can successfully pinch it into a relatively firm ball, it's fine.

8. Use your hands to pinch the refrigerated black sesame filling into small, firm balls and place them on a plate for later use.

9. Roll the four-color dough into long strips and cut into small pieces;

10. Take a dough and knead it into a concave glutinous rice skin.

11. Put a sesame ball in it and seal it with your hands.

12. Gently roll into a ball. If the glutinous rice dough is sticky, you can dip your hands in clean water before operating.
