How to make crispy cookies

7. Mix the flour and ingredients evenly, add about three tablespoons of vegetable oil, stir with your hands, and then add water (the ratio of vegetable oil to water is about 1:1, the more oil, the crispier)

8. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes to make it crispier.

9. Take out the frozen dough, grab a small piece with your hands and knead it into a ball

10. Press it gently with your hands, and a small cookie is ready. Repeat this process for all the cookies.

11. Connect the electric baking pan to the power supply and place the cookies on it one by one.

12. After about 3 minutes, when one side is slightly charred, turn it over and fry the other side until it is slightly charred; the total process takes about 6 minutes and the biscuits are ready.
