How to make three-color glutinous rice cake

1. Raw materials: plum sweet juice, milk, coffee water (a small spoon of coffee and hot water mixed well). Walnuts, dried blueberries, and dried longans.

2. Why did you forget to add the dried lemon to the raw materials?

3. Add glutinous rice flour to the three liquids and mix into a thick paste to make milk paste, coffee paste and plum paste.

4. Chop the dried lemon, walnuts, and dried longan except the dried blueberries.

5. Find a deeper container. On the bottom layer, pour the plum paste.

6. Steam in a steamer for 5 minutes.

10. Finally, pour in the milk paste and sprinkle in the chopped fruit. Steam for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

11. After cooling, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.

12. After solidification, use a plastic knife to cut along the edge.

13. Cut a slice in the middle and take out half of it.

14. Cut into pieces and you can eat.
