1. One bag of milk and two eggs are enough for a family of four

2. Add appropriate amount of salt to make it less greasy

3. Mix milk, eggs, Angel fried dough sticks leavening agent, salt, flour, and vegetable oil together (add more so that the fried dough sticks will be crispy and soft, otherwise they will be too hard and dry, about twice the amount you usually use for cooking)

4. Knead the dough with your hands

5. Mix into dough, do not add water, and finally apply a layer of oil on the dough

6. Put plastic wrap and ferment for about 1 hour

7. Take out the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts and stretch it into strips

8. Cut into small equal parts. Don’t make it too thick, or it will become a dough twist. If it’s too thin, it will become crispy and puffy. The one in the photo is a bit thick. I later improved it and it’s good.

9. Bring the oil to a boil at 180 degrees, then turn to low heat and add the dough. If the color is too light after frying for a while, it means the oil temperature is low. Add some more heat.

10. When you see the double-sided golden color, clip it out immediately.
