How to make sweet and sour meatballs

12. Take out the meatballs.

13. Leave some oil in the original pot and add chopped green onion, ginger and garlic.

14. Stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the evenly mixed sweet and sour sauce.

15. When the sauce boils and bubbles appear on the fish eyes, add hot oil.

16. Bake the juice.

17. Pour in the meatballs.

18. Quickly flip the meatballs a few times to evenly coat them with the sweet and sour sauce.

19. Remove from the pan and serve.
