Basic donut recipe

A beautiful and fulfilling childhood will inevitably affect a person's life, which has a promoting effect. Of course, childhood memories include meals cooked by our mothers, which are our most beautiful memories. However, now that I am alone outside and want to learn to do it, I just can’t do it well. In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make basic donuts.

1. Heat the milk to about 40 degrees, pour in the yeast and let it stand for a few minutes

2. Mix the powdered ingredients, sugar and salt evenly and add the liquid ingredients and stir

3. Stir until the dough surface is smooth and delicate and can be stretched into a film. Cover the surface with plastic wrap for basic fermentation (about 90 minutes)

4. When the dough has fermented to about twice its size, take it out and deflate it, roll it into a dough sheet about 1-1.5cm thick and relax it for 15 minutes.

5. Grease the doughnut cutter

6. Use the cutting die to press and cut the relaxed dough.

7. Let the cut dough ferment for the final time (about 20 minutes)

8. Heat oil in a milk pan. When the oil is about 50% to 60% hot, put the doughnuts in and fry them on both sides until golden brown.

9. Place the fried doughnuts on the rack and sift the powdered sugar on the surface to complete the basic style.
