1.1 Use a deep large bowl to add starch and 2 eggs and mix well

3.1 Put oil in the pot and heat it over medium-high heat. You can clearly feel the heat when you put your hand over the pot.

5. Put the fish into the pan one by one, turn them over after one side turns golden brown, and drain the oil after both sides turn golden brown.

6. Put the pepper powder and appropriate amount of salt into another oil-free pot, stir-fry over low heat, and it will become pepper salt (there should be no water in the pot, otherwise the salt will melt)

7. Sprinkle some pepper and salt while hot
