Learn to make fried snacks

Fried snacks are a type of food that is very popular even in Japan, such as fried vegetable skewers, fried meat skewers, fried fruit skewers and so on. Fried snacks have a rich flavor and an irresistible taste. They are also a relatively convenient snack to eat. Therefore, in recent years, more and more fried snack stalls have been set up on the streets. Of course, if you have time, you can also make fried snacks according to the following method.

1. Fried fruits

Ingredients for fruit sauce skewers: 1 pound of apples, 1 pound of pears, 1 pound of pineapples and 1 pound of bananas

Ingredients: 50g fried flour, 2 eggs, 50g condensed milk, 3g baking powder

50g sugar 50g custard powder 10g flour 500g bread crumbs

Preparation method: First, peel 1 jin of bananas and cut them into 0.8 cm thick slices with a knife. Put them into the whole egg paste made of eggs, condensed milk, custard powder, sugar, and 2 eggs, then stick them with the whole egg paste and string them into a semi-finished product. When eating, fry them in 150 degrees oil until golden brown (4-5 pieces/skewer)

Note: If the fruit changes color, you can soak it in salt water.

2. Fried vegetables

Ingredients: 500g winter melon 200g bread crumbs

Seasoning: 50g sugar, 50g condensed milk, 50g custard powder, 2 whole eggs

50g frying powder 20g cornstarch

Preparation method: A. Cut the wax gourd into 4 cm long, 3 cm wide and 0.3 cm thick slices for later use.

B. Mix sugar, condensed milk, custard powder, eggs, fried powder and cornstarch to make egg batter.

C. Dip the winter melon slices into the egg batter and coat them evenly. Then coat them with breadcrumbs and string 4-5 slices on a string to form a semi-finished product. Deep-fry in 150-degree oil until golden brown.

3. Fried meat

Golden Crispy Chicken Fillet

Ingredients: 1 pound chicken breast

Seasoning: 20g marinade powder, 2g sesame oil

1 egg 5g cornstarch 5g frying powder water

200g bread crumbs 20g dry seasoning A little water

5g custard powder

Preparation method: A. Slice the chicken breast into 0.8 cm thick slices, cut the slices into cross-shaped rows with a knife, then marinate with marinade powder and sesame oil for about 40 minutes and set aside.

B. Put the eggs in a box, add a small amount of custard powder, crispy fried powder and appropriate amount of water, and mix with cornstarch until it becomes a thick consistency and set aside.

C. Coat the marinated chicken fillets with B (egg paste) one by one, then coat them with bread crumbs, press them tightly with your hands, and put them on bamboo sticks to form a semi-finished product.

D. Heat the oil in the frying pan to 180 degrees, put the semi-finished chicken fillet in and fry until golden brown, then sprinkle with dry seasoning.
