6. Self-raising flour, produced in Shandong, feels pretty good

7. Use 2 small glass bowls for self-raising flour

8. Slowly add appropriate amount of warm water and stir with chopsticks

9. Knead the dough into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rise for about 25 minutes.

10. Twist it into small pieces, 9 in total

11. Press into a round cake shape and add a spoonful of jujube paste filling

12. Wrap them into buns (from right to left, the first one is not wrapped well.)

13. Put the wrapped dumplings into the rice cooker steamer, 8 in total. If you put one less, it can prevent sticking. (I have no experience in the first time.)

14. The buns are cooked in about 15 minutes.

15. The remaining dough was made into a pie (this time I was able to wrap more stuffing smoothly, and the jujube paste stuffing was just used up.)

16. Put it in a frying pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.

17. I tried one bun, so there are only 7 buns in the finished product photo.

18. Lunch for one person: two buns, a pie and a few slices of kiwi to cleanse the mouth. Very comfortable!
