How to Pickle Chinese Toon Sprouts

Do your children like the food you cook? I believe many people would not dare to nod. 1. Remove the stalks, leaves and impurities from fresh toon buds;

4.1 When all the Chinese toon sprouts turn green, take them out immediately and blanch them for about 1 minute; (Avoid over-blanching, as they will not be crispy if they are scalded)

5.2 After boiling over high heat, add the Chinese toon sprouts and stir quickly;

6. Immediately cool and soak in cold water for about 10 minutes;

7. Take out and squeeze out excess water;

8. Shake the leaves loose and place them on a rack or drain basket to dry thoroughly;

9. Use a suitable container to spread a layer of Chinese toon buds and sprinkle a layer of salt. Sprinkle more on the stems of the buds and rub them slightly.

10. Sprinkle the salt all over the container and sprinkle a layer of salt on top. You can sprinkle a little more on this layer.

11. Cover the box and place in the refrigerator, or refrigerate or freeze. If you want to eat it after 7 days, just refrigerate it; if you want to store it for years, you need to freeze it!
