1. Soak soybeans and rice for two or three hours and then use a food processor to make a paste. Chop ginger and green onions into fine pieces for later use.

3. Heat the oil pan and place the pancake scoop in the pan and heat it at the same time so that the pancakes can fall off completely during frying.

After the pancake falls off by itself, turn it over immediately. When both sides turn golden brown, remove from the pancake and drain off excess oil.
