1. Wash the zucchini and shred it;

2. Squeeze out the water and put the zucchini shreds into a clean towel to further dry the water;

3. Take a container, beat the eggs, add vanilla extract, beat evenly and add shredded zucchini;

4. Add brown sugar and vegetable oil and mix well;

5. In another mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda and caramel powder and mix well.

6. Add zucchini mixture until fully incorporated;

7. Spread the walnut kernels on a plate and fry them in the microwave on high heat for 4 minutes until fragrant;

8. Add to the batter and mix well;

9. Take a 4.5×8.5 ​​bread pan, apply a layer of butter and sprinkle sugar evenly on all parts of the pan;

10. Pour the batter into the bread mold;

11. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius and put the bread dough in;

12. Bake the bread for about 70 minutes and it will be ready.

13. Let it cool, then cut and enjoy. ,
