8. Transfer the fried lamb chunks into a pressure cooker.

9. Add a bowl of mutton soup. You don’t have to use water. If you like, you can use the finished thick soup.

10. Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce to low heat for 20 minutes.

11. After the pot boils, you can collect some juice and season it again.

12. Place on a plate and top with chopped garlic sprouts before serving.
