How to cook Chinese cabbage stewed with tofu

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch it in boiling water. Add a small spoonful of salt to the water.

2.1 Add a little salt to the drained tofu to add flavor

3.2 Rinse the blanched tofu and drain

4.1 Wash and cut the cabbage into strips, separate the cabbage stalks and leaves

5.2 Heat a frying pan or griddle, add oil, and fry the tofu one by one until both sides are golden brown.

6. Heat the pan and add a little oil. Stir-fry the onion and ginger until fragrant. Then put the radish in and stir-fry.

7. After the radish becomes soft, add the leaves and stir fry together.

8.1. Add a little salt to taste after 2 minutes

9. Then put the fried tofu in, and then add an appropriate amount of water. The amount of water should not be too much, about 1/2 of the cabbage, because the cabbage will release water during the stewing process. Cover the lid and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Finally, add a little chicken essence and pepper and serve.
