Spicy baked potatoes recipe

2. Chop the ribs into 7 cm long pieces, wash with water and dry.

3. Chop about 10 cloves of garlic into small dices, and then press them into garlic paste with a garlic press

4. Add salt, MSG, soy sauce, oil, Lee Kum Kee steamed fish oil, dried chili powder, and cumin to the garlic paste. You can add a little more cooking wine.

5. Put the ribs in a large flat bowl, pour in the marinade in step 3, mix well, and marinate for more than 4 hours, preferably overnight. Turn the ribs over every 2-3 hours to ensure even seasoning.

6. Wash the potatoes, cut them into dice with the skin on. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Place the potatoes on top and sprinkle with pepper, salt and cumin powder evenly.

7. Put the wire mesh on the rack, put the marinated ribs on it, brush each rib with the marinade in the pot, and add some minced garlic in the pot.

8. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. When it is ready, put the ribs and potatoes in, with the ribs in the middle and the potatoes at the bottom;

9. Continue to heat up and down for 15 minutes. During this time, chop the green onions (as finely as possible). Take out the ribs and sprinkle them with cumin powder and chili powder. Mix the potatoes with the green onions.
