How to make Hebei tofu

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays, people eat tofu for health reasons, so here I would like to introduce to you a healthy and delicious Hebei tofu.

4. Seasoning: starch, pepper, cooking wine, salt

5.12 Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine, slice the sea cucumber, and cut the squid into flower pieces

7. Blanch the tofu to remove the bean smell and slice it

8. Boil shrimp, sea cucumber and squid in turn

9.1 When the oil is hot, add shrimp, minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

10.2 Put a little oil in the pot (a little is enough)

11. Pour in the broth (I used water). I don’t have broth at home, but water works just as well.

12. Pour the blanched sea cucumber and squid

13. I didn’t put flour in the original recipe, but later I added some flour to make the soup more colorful.

14. Mix the flour into a watery state. Remember not to have any lumps.

15. Add salt and blanched tofu, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn off the heat.

16. After putting it into the container, add a little pepper and coriander and it’s ready!

Now that you have left your mother's arms, it seems unrealistic for you to cook by yourself. But now that you know how to make Hebei tofu, you can really try it. It is not only delicious but also very healthy.
