How to make cold fried pork skin

1. Wash the pig skin and wipe off the surface moisture.

2. Pour enough vegetable oil into the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, put in the dried pork skin and fry it on low heat.

3. Fry the pig skin over low heat until it becomes fluffy and yellow. Remove the fried pig skin from the oil and set aside.

4. Put the fried pork skin into a pot of boiling water and then soak it for about 6 hours.

5. Squeeze dry the soaked pig skin and cut into thin strips.

6. Peel the cucumber and cut into dice.

7. Put the cucumber pieces into a clean container, sprinkle a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

8. Drain the water from the pickling and pour in the garlic.

9. Pour in one tablespoon of salad vinegar.

10. Add 1/2 tablespoon of delicious soy sauce.

11. Add appropriate amount of chili oil.

12. Sprinkle in appropriate amount of fine salt and mix well.
