How to make homemade crucian carp with fermented black beans

1.1 Clean the crucian carp and cut the fish body into pieces to make it easier to season; wash and cut the garlic into sections; slice the ginger and set aside.

2.2 Prepare enoki mushrooms, crucian carp, ginger and garlic.

3.1 Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ginger slices.

4.2 Apply a layer of plum salt evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.

5.1 Until both sides turn slightly yellow.

6.2 Set aside the ginger slices and add the crucian carp.

7. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.

8. Remove the garlic from the pot and add the Pixian bean paste.

9. Stir-fry the bean paste until it turns red oil, then stir-fry with garlic. Add the fried crucian carp, add appropriate amount of cold water and bring to a boil.

10. Pour in the enoki mushrooms.

11. Cook for 2 minutes.

12. Pour in light soy sauce to enhance the flavor. Season the cooked crucian carp and place it on a plate.
