How to make iron plate tofu

1. Prepare the necessary materials.

2. Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick pieces.

3. Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 50% hot, then add tofu.

4. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

5. Remove from the heat and drain the oil.

6. Cut the pork belly into thick pieces, cut the green and red peppers into triangles, cut the mushrooms in half, and cut the onions into rings.

7. Heat oil in a pan and add the pork belly.

8. Stir-fry until the oil comes out, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry.

9. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

10. Add soy sauce, salt and sugar.

11. Add appropriate amount of clean water.

12. Pour the fried tofu into the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

13. Then add green and red peppers.

14. Mix corn starch with a little water, pour it into the tofu and mix well to collect the sauce.

15. Heat the iron plate on the stove and pour in a little sesame oil.

16. Add onion rings.

17. Put the braised tofu into the iron plate and turn off the heat.

18. Finished product
