How to make pork tripe ginger egg soup

1. Wash the pig stomach. I washed it after freezing.

2. Put the pork belly into the pressure cooker, add salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, ginger slices, MSG, and pour in more water because you will use the soup later. Press the pressure cooker for 40 minutes.

14. Add the mushrooms and then pour in the soup from the pork belly.

15. After rolling around, pour in the egg cubes, cook for a while, and serve.
