1. Prepare half a cauliflower, half a carrot, and a green pepper;

2. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and soak them in salt water for a while to remove the small insects;

3. Cut carrots and green peppers into diamond shapes, wash fungus and set aside;

4. Slice the lean meat and lightly salt it, so it will be more tender when fried. Cut the fat meat separately and set aside.
