How to bake fish in an electric oven

2. Make a cut behind the fish gills and you will see a small white dot. Gently pull it out and this is the fishy line.

3. Cut the fish open and clean it, making a deeper cut along the middle spine so that it will take some time to spread out.

4. Apply salt and a little white wine on the fish, and add onion, ginger and garlic to marinate.

5. Prepare the ingredients at this time, cut potatoes into cubes, cut onions into cloves, cut chili peppers into sections, and wash the bok choy and set aside.

6. After marinating for 10 minutes, apply oil, cumin powder, chili powder and ginger powder on the fish. Line a baking tray with baking paper or tin foil and spread the fish flat on the baking tray.

7. Put the fish into the oven, place it in the middle layer, and bake it at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

8. The fish is grilled over there, and the side dishes are prepared over here. Add some oil to the pan, add the peppercorns and dried red peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Add the chili peppers and onions and stir-fry. In fact, I found that it would be better to put the onions directly into the baking tray without frying them. You can choose your own method.

10. Add potatoes and stir-fry, then add a little soy sauce and fry until the potatoes turn golden.

11. Add appropriate amount of water and then put in the cabbage and cook together. Finally, add the secret weapon, pickled peppers, and simmer for a while.

12. The fish is almost done grilling at this point. You can stop in the middle and brush it with a layer of oil. If you like a stronger flavor, you can brush it with some garlic chili sauce and sprinkle with cumin and chili powder.

13. Pour the fried side dishes on the fish, not too much soup, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

14.The fish is ready! Finally, add coriander when serving.
