Method: 1. Cut the kelp into shreds or buy pre-cut kelp shreds directly from the market. Put water in the pot, wait for the water to boil, add the kelp and blanch it for 3 minutes, then remove it and put it in cold water. 2. Smash the garlic and mince the ginger and rice pepper, put them in a small bowl, add light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and a little salt, and mix well. 3. Take out the kelp and put it on a plate, pour in the seasoning and mix well with chopsticks. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a while, it will taste better.

Coriander and Kelp Salad

Ingredients: 200 grams of kelp shreds, 5 grams of coriander, 5 cloves of minced garlic, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of chicken essence, appropriate amount of sesame oil, appropriate amount of vinegar.
