How to make pork vermicelli tofu

1.1. Prepare the main ingredients: 3 taels of pork belly, appropriate amount of puffed tofu, appropriate amount of dried vermicelli, and half a cabbage.

2.13. Tear the cabbage leaves by hand, tear the cabbage stalks into pieces, and separate the cabbage stalks and leaves for later use.

3.22. Soak the dried vermicelli in cold water for 20 minutes. If the weather is cold, soak it in warm water. This will make it easier to stew and absorb the flavor.

6.6. Add the cabbage stalks and stir-fry until soft, then add appropriate amount of water and the soaked vermicelli. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.

7.7.Simmer for about 7-8 minutes and add the washed tofu. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

8.8. Add cabbage leaves when almost done, stir-fry over medium heat until soft, add appropriate amount of chicken stock, sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
