1. Wash the pork belly, cut into pieces, and wash the konjac with clean water and set aside.

7. Add hot water to cover the pork belly, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce, and simmer for an hour.

8. When the cooking time is about right, add konjac and continue to simmer until the soup thickens. Add a little chicken stock and finally drizzle some sesame oil before serving.
